Jordan von Haslow performed a one-night-only Independence Day tribute to Nat King Cole featuring over 20 songs spanning romantic standards, blues, comic charm, and holiday warmth. The show first premiered in New York City in 2019 during Cole's centennial year and has since played engagements in Las Vegas and Chicago. Special guests included Jeffrey Paul Bobrick and Juliette Marcella, with musical direction by Danté Harrell and a band featuring Destiny Lé Queen Diggs, Jeremy-Paul Chatoor, and Curtis McPhatter Jr. The evening was written and directed by Jared Eberlein, a longtime artistic collaborator of von Haslow's.
