An author is banned by the church because her stories contain the supernatural. She befriends the neighborhood devil who attempts to annihilate a corrupt pastor and return to the living.
Featuring members of the Village Light Opera Group, Jessica Lauren Copland, Jonathan Mesisca, Ben Boecker, Alexandra Cassens, Martin Everall, Paul Fraccalvieri, Robbin Major and Julie Lauren Stevens.
Playwright/Director Sharon Fogarty is a recipient of the People of the Year award from NYTheatre.com and was entered into the Manhattan Theatre Source Hall of Fame for contributions in the production and performance of live theatre. Founder of MAKING LIGHT, whose mission is to 'heal the planet one play at a time,' Fogarty's plays include 'heaven,' Where Sleeping Gods Lie, The Overdevelopment of Scott, Portrait of the Artist as a Dumb Blonde, Witch Christmas, Flying Dreams, How to See in the Dark, Putnam and Bride of Frankenstein ~ an experiment in intimacy.
