The C Word Returns to UCB 4/14, 4/29
Pam Murphy's one woman show The C Word returns to the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre at 8pm on Thursday, April 14 and 7:30pm on Friday, April 29. The C Word was named BEST SOLO SHOW OF 2010 by Time Out New York.
Pam Murphy (Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, UCB house teams Standard Oil and Arbuckle) was an amazing woman, then she got breast cancer. Whoops. Now, as an even more amazing woman, Pam shares her story through comedy. Take a journey with Pam as she capitalizes on the worst thing that's ever happened to her. Through a series of characters, including various versions of herself, Pam takes you on a very honest journey through her experience with breast cancer. Yes, this show is about breast cancer, but, you know, in a funny way. The C Word was directed by Becky Drysdale (Baby Wants Candy, Aspen Comedy Festival). Tickets may be reserved here.
