"The Personality Play" - an experimental drama in one-act by Anthony J. Piccione - is now scheduled to receive its world premiere on April 7th and 8th at 6:30pm at Manhattan Repertory Theatre, as part of their Spring New Works Series.

"The Personality Play" is an abstract script that is intended to express the various emotions and personality aspects that any individual person could potentially have, in the most extreme and bizarre way possible. Each character in the show represents one of those various emotional personas, and reflects how each can potentially react to one another...or to anyone else, for that matter...

The play will be produced at Manhattan Repertory Theatre, located at 17-19 West 45th Street (in between 5th and 6th Avenue) on the third floor at #301, alongside a selection of other one-acts, and will be directed by Anthony Caruso.

Each play included in the event will receive two performances. Tickets cost $20, and can be purchased at the door or during the week prior to opening night at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre's official website. (www.manhattanrep.com)
