The second play in the trilogy "Women You Thought You Knew", about society's so-called "bad girls" and titled "Silk Stockings and a Bible" is set during the Swing Era and WW2 and set in Harlem and Atlantic City. It tells the tale of chorus girl Fannie Mae Brown and her journey from the glamour of the era to the austere present as a "church lady" with a past. It will have its workshop production today, August 27, 2014 at Joria Main Stage, 260 West 36th Street, 3rd floor, New York City.
