Playwright Richard Thomas Henle's 50th Play Hits Manhattan Rep Tonight
By: BWW News Desk
Playwright, director and actor Richard Thomas Henle returns to the Manhattan Repertory Theatre for his 50th show at the venue since his start there in December 2009.
He returns with the bombastic comedy "STAGED," which is all about our current culture of reality TV and social media and also explores what people do to get roles on these shows.
Backed with an ensemble cast that is mixed with new actors to the Manhattan Rep Stage but also some veterans that have been doing work there for years now, this play is a celebration and an expose on the culture but also a great fun story to celebrate 50 Off-Off-Broadway shows at this venue.
