Photo Flash: In Rehearsal with ONE NATION, ONE MISSION, ONE PROMISE
ONE NATION, ONE MISSION, ONE PROMISE, a play about the heroes who gave their lives so we may have the privileges we take for granted today, is in rehearsals for a performance this Thursday! A talkback will be offered immediately following the performance.
"We needed this today."
"You made me think about my own life..."
"Thank you for your play."
"Talented and Gifted Performers."
These are just a few of the comments One Nation, One Mission, One Promise has consistently received from the audience, the performers, and everyone involved in the production.
ONE NATION, ONE MISSION, ONE PROMISE as one audience member stated, magnificently leaps and merges time from the early days of the American Revolution to the present bringing alive the experiences and sacrifices of American heroes. Women and men, from a diverse cross section of the United States whose lives have impacted the quality of life we take for granted today.
What if Thomas Jefferson, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and Martin Luther King shared the stage for the first time, or Frederick Douglas attended a Town Hall meeting with Ronald Reagan and Julia Child? Can a young woman in 1792 inspire a young woman in 2009? These are just a few of the heroes honored in the performance of Victoria Medina's One Nation, One Mission, One Promise.
