Photo Flash: First Look at THE ANTHROPOLOGISTS SAVE THE WORLD! at New Ohio Theatre's Ice Factory Festival
Artistic Director Robert Lyons presents the 24th annual Obie Award-winning Ice Factory Festival. Ice Factory 2017 takes place at New Ohio Theatre, located at 154 Christopher Street between Greenwich and Washington Streets in New York City. Ice Factory 2017 will present seven new works over seven weeks, running now through August 12.
Running this weekend through July 29 is THE ANTHROPOLOGISTS SAVE THE WORLD!, conceived by The Anthropologists and directed by Melissa Moschitto. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!
Aldous Huxley commandeers a quit-smoking group. Doomsday survivalists take on a NYC blackout. Russian war-robots hack the future. Stories of people with the capacity to change themselves, and the world, for the better. But "yes we can!" doesn't always mean "yes we will!" Part screwball comedy, part American nihilistic bravado.
