A reading will take place of the off-Broadway musical "Little House on the Ferry," which previously had a run at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The original off-Broadway musical by Robert Gould and Robert Arbelo features 15 original songs and ten reprises, each in a different genre, in a comical exploration of what happens after marriage equality is passed. Starting on the eve of the New York vote on gay marriage, the story unfolds on Fire Island over a weekend of sun, sand and Planter's Punch. The musical follows Randall who is caught in a love triangle when marriage equality becomes law in New York State. Torn between his commitment-adverse tax attorney lover and a political activist with whom he falls in love at first sight, Randall copes with help from his co-worker and Fire Island boy crazy newbie, the veteran house "Mom" and a local "Steroid Queen."

The reading will take place at The LBGT Center, 208 West 13th Street. Doors Open 6:30pm - Starts 7pm. Readings on: Wed October 15, 2014, Fri October 17, 2014 and Sat October 18, 2014.
