The Amazing Max and The Box of Interesting Things is a Magic Show with a mind of it's own. Objects appear out of thin air, the laws of physics are defied, and miracles are performed inches from spectators' faces. As the props onstage seem intent on surprising even the magician himself, this out of control show bursts with striking visual magic, comedy and juggling, and loads of audience participation. The Amazing Max and The Box of Interesting Things is the wackiest, most interactive, highest energy magic show for families on the market today.

Max Darwin was born into show business. At the time of his birth, his parents were professional street performers specializing in clowning, mime, juggling, and magic. At five months of age, he was thrust onto the stage, and the street, with his parents in shows all over the United States. As he grinned in the spotlight, audiences everywhere cheered.

Max's alter ego, The Amazing Max, has emerged as one of the most sought-after magicians in the children's magic world. Over the past 10 years he has performed at 3,000 events with a client roster including notable celebrities such as Uma Thurman, William Baldwin, Diana Ross, Steven A. Cohen, Chaz Palminteri, Ethan Hawke, and Tommy Hilfiger. In 2003 Max was handpicked as the original host of the hit Nickelodeon show GAME FARM.
