Don and Jeff Breithaupt, the composer and lyricist (respectively) that comprise the Breithaupt Brothers, bring their ever-evolving songbook back to Joe's Pub on October 27, 2008, at 7pm for another all-star revue, featuring a bumper crop of new songs and favorites, as well as a sampling of songs from Seeing Stars, their "boxing musical," an old-school romantic comedy set in Depression-era New York.

As songwriters, the Breithaupt Brothers take their cue from the Great American Songbook era, but bring a contemporary energy and outlook to the material that makes their romantic, wry, sophisticated originals seem entirely fresh. The Toronto Star wrote, "In the world of fraternal songwriting teams, America may have had the Gershwins - George and Ira - but Canada's got the Breithaupts." The show features Kate McGarry, Greg Naughton and more.

Tickets are $25. Tickets can be purchased here.

Joe's Pub is located at 425 Lafayette Street in New York. For more information, visit http://www.joespub.com or call 212-539-8777.
