Hamlet Isn't Dead's All-Female AS YOU LIKE IT Opens Next Week
Hamlet Isn't Dead continues their tradition of providing excellent opportunities for all actors and audiences with their second all-female production, As You LIke It . Following last year's inspiring Henry V, this year's summer show is an alluring, acoustic adventure about equality, joy, and the freedom to pursue true love in all its forms. Rosalind and Orlando, some of Shakespeare's most beloved characters, come of age in this quirky comedy set to some new original music, as well as all-female covers of some fan favorites. Escape the shackles of society this summer as these lovers convene with nature, Fate, and the merry musicians and brigands who will show them that, truly, "all the world's a stage".

Founded in 2013, they are dedicated to presenting the works of William Shakespeare in chronological order, from Two Gentlemen of Verona to Two Noble Kinsmen . Their specific brand of theatre focuses on joy, intimacy, and direct address, often enhanced with elements of live music. It's good theatre done by good actors for good audiences.
