FullStop Collective's CAUSE OF FAILURE Premieres at FringeNYC, 8/10

FullStop Collective will present the World Premiere of Megan Weaver's new play CAUSE OF FAILURE at the 16th Annual New York International Fringe Festival this summer.
The production will be directed by FullStop Producing Director Leta Tremblay (The Foreplay Play; Othello) and will feature Kevin Bunge, Sally Burtenshaw, Katelyn Collins, Louiza Collins, Nick DeSimone, Sam Given*, Lauren Hennessy (Outstanding Excellence in Performance, FringeNYC 2011), Eve Marie Mugar, Christopher Norwood*, Maggie Raymond, Emily Rupp, and Lauren Weinberg. The creative team will include Movement Director Andrew Squier, Set Designer Jacquelyn D. Marolt, Lighting Designer Brian Henderson, Costume Designer Sarah Bertolozzi, and Sound Designer Chris Kadis Moscato. *Appearing courtesy of the Actors Equity Association.When Maggie was born, she pulled her mother's heart out with her. So begins a young woman's magical journey through terminal illness and the limits of love. MEGAN WEAVER (Playwright) is a proud alumna of the National Theater Institute and George Fox University. She has studied with Siti Company and the Wooster Group, and is current pursuing an MFA in Directing at Arizona State University. She is a founding member of FullStop Collective, and has served as artistic director of performance at Mystic Seaport and adjunct professor of theater at GFU. Playwriting/devising credits include Morgan Theater Project, Keepers of the Light and Maritime Mystery (Mystic Seaport); POVV (Arizona State University); and Vaudeville Vanya (NTI/Siti Company). Directing credits include Eurydice (Wood-Mar Theatre), American Agency and Los Santos (ASU), The Push to Mate (Galapagos Art Space), The Lover (O'Neill Theater Center), Ile and The Long Voyage Home (Mystic Seaport).
