Columbia University School of the Arts is proud to present Anna Rebek's (Columbia MFA Directing Candidate 2020) production of GASP!.
Held on the Bloomingdale's campus over the course of a 48-hour retreat; eight families, couples, and participants engage in role-playing and writing exercises in order to try and increase their positive communication skills through the lens of horror.Just as the group is coming closer to achieving their communication goals, a journal beckons from the past, and they find out there's a sinister history to this place. As they continue to dig, they awaken an ancient evil lurking underneath that has an appetite... Truth and communication are put to the ultimate test if they are to work together and make it out alive.
