Blue Pearl Theatrics and Michael Andrews Present THE REVELATION a Series of Incredible One Act Plays
Blue Pearl Theatrics, in association with Michael Andrews Productions, will present "The Revelation", a group of 10 one-act plays at The Playroom Theater, 151 W. 46th St., in the heart of the Theater District, New York City, Feb. 24th- 25th at 7:00 pm.
"The Revelation.", a group of ten plays written by playwrights across the U.S. explores the idea of transformation using twenty talented actors both native to NYC and from out of town. Genres are drama, comedy, sci-fi, and politics.
"The Revelation." focuses on the central theme of characters experiencing awakenings that change the course of their lives. Some of the characters' challenges include exactly how to negotiate a mixed-gender bathroom in a local high school; how a stuffy white college professor can relate to a young African-American student, and how a "hypothetical" President can set out on a mission to change the world.
There will be a Q and A at the end of the show, allowing the audience to engage with the actors and offer feedback. Complimentary wine and appetizers will be served.
