Tickets For Off-Broadway's The Diary of 9/11 Now On Sale

On Saturday, September 11th 2010, the curtains will rise for the first time for the 'Diary of 9/11' featuring performer 'Lady Lights.' The off-Broadway one-woman 9/11 remembrance event takes audience members through and artistic interpretation of the sacrifice and strength of individuals and a nation displayed that same day, nine years ago.

A dedication to the police, firefighters, World Trade Center victims, Pentagon victims, plane crash victims, and their families, the highly anticipated performance offers a way for the public to honor the heroes and victims of 9/11 in powerful September 11th tribute.

Summer Powell, aka 'Lady Lights' portrays eight unique characters during the two-hour theater event. Through these eight characters, Powell depicts the events of September 11th 2001 through a myriad of perspectives and perceptions.

"My goal for 'The Diary of 9/11' is to tell the story of that fateful day, while weaving in a significance and a perspective that was not available in the moment of tragedy, but that have unveiled through the passage of time," said Summer Powell,

The performance will be held at the majestic Millennium Hudson Theater located at 145 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036. Several seating and pricing options are currently available with balcony seats available for $60, first level mezzanine seats available for $75, and orchestra seating available for $225 per ticket. Orchestra seating tickets include a 5-star meal of soup, salad, entree, and dessert.

The performance of 'The Diary of 9/11' is a one-day only event held on Saturday, September 11th, 2010. Tickets are selling rapidly and guests are encouraged to purchase tickets to reserve their seats as early for one of the six published show times.
