About The Show
North Coast is New York's only long-form improvisation team that incorporates freestyle rapping and beat-boxing into their form! Performing consistently around New York City, North Coast's shows have been categorized by audience members as "high energy", "impressive", and "hysterical". So come out and see North Coast hold it down like a hippo on a see-saw! It's always fun and oh-so fresh!
The Sunday Funnies are every Sunday at 7:30pm in 2010. Established comedy groups North Coast, Geek Dreams, The Pill, and City Hall will rotate every week to perform their own material as well as mentor developing comics who are interested in performing at the Tank. Never to impose drink or table minimums, Comedy at the Tank aims to provide the highest quality and dedication to the comic craft in New York City.

Founded in 2003, The Tank is a non-profit arts presenter whose mission is to provide a welcoming, creative, collaborative, and affordable environment for artists and activists engaged in the pursuit of new ideas. Through a wide range of low-cost, high-concept arts and public affairs programming, The Tank seeks to cultivate a new generation of audience for live performance, civic discourse, and the work of emerging artists.
