Mike Poblete's THE NEW YORK MONOLOGUES gets its U.S. premiere at Theater for the New City's ‘Dream Up Festival', beginning August 18th and running thru August 22nd. A series of fast paced rants from a Police Officer, Mortician, Soccer Coach, Deli Owner and more, THE NEW YORK MONOLOGUES is a humorous, poignant and unapologetic reflection of how a nation's most talked about tragedy affected the world's most neurotic, cynical and irreverent city.

The production will feature Bobby Abido, Simon Feil, Taylor D. Martin, DeLance Minefee, Laurie Schroeder, and Max Woertendyke.

THE NEW YORK MONOLOGUES will run from August 18th thru August 22nd at Theater for the New City (155 First Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets) with performances Wednesday-Friday at 9pm, Saturday at 7pm, and Sunday at 5pm. Tickets are priced at $15 and can be purchased online at www.OvationTix.com or by phone at 866-811-4111.
