Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Through the Night, the acclaimed, award-winning solo show written and performed by Daniel Beaty, will end its limited engagement at the Union Square Theatre on Sunday, December 5. It will have played 15 preview and 70 regular performances. Directed by Charles Randolph-Wright, Through the Night officially opened on September 26, 2010 to rave reviews.

The Shine the Light Project, the educational outreach program formed to underwrite student tickets to the Through the Night, continues to seek funding from foundations, corporations, and private donors, and will continue accepting school groups from local Title 1 schools for the duration of the run. "I am so proud that this show has touched so many lives over the course of its Off Broadway run," Ms. Roth said. "Now, we've made it our mission to continue raising funds for Shine The Light so that we can sponsor tickets and welcome more deserving students during our finAl Weeks and for future presentations of the show."

Tickets, priced at $65.00 are available via Ticketmaster.com / (800) 982-2787 and in person at The Union Square Theatre Box Office (100 E. 17th Street, NYC). The Box Office is open Tuesday-Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The performance schedule is as follows: Wednesday through Friday at 8:00 p.m., Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Sunday at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
