59E59 Theaters announces that TERMS OF ENDEARMENT, will have its US premiere in Theater A from Saturday, October 29 for a limited engagement through Sunday, December 11. It replaces the previously announced Madame La Gimp, which has been postponed.

The play by Dan Gordon?, based on the book by Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Larry McMurtry, and the Oscar-winning screenplay by James L. Brooks, comes to the US stage for the first time. TERMS OF ENDEARMENT is directed by Michael Parva and produced by The Directors Company, Julian Schlossberg, and Roy Furman in association with Invictus Theater Company and GR8 Theatricals.

TERMS OF ENDEARMENT traces the relationship between a highly opinionated mother and her feisty daughter as they seek to find humor and courage in the face of life's challenges. This funny and touching story about love captures the delicate, and sometimes fractured, bonds between mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, and lovers both old and new.

Casting and opening night details will be announced soon.

Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). Tickets are $25 - $70 ($25 - $49 for 59E59 Members). To purchase tickets, call Ticket Central at (212) 279-4200 or visit www.59e59.org.
