Wings Theatre Company will present the NY premiere of Questa, a new play by Victor Bumbalo. Performances begin February 23, with opening night set for March 1.  This limited run continues through March 22nd only. Wings Theatre is located at 154 Christopher Street.

"Questa is about a gay bashing in reverse and the remorse and search for redemption of the young gay man guilty, perhaps of a murder, or an accident, brought on by the homophobic taunts of a straight young man.  Paul may have killed Lori's son.   The world assumes that it was a 'gay bashing.'  Paul, obsessed with guilt, starts following the young man's mother.  Paul wants to be relieved of his guilt by first hating the world Lori's son came from, but he ends up trying desperately to bring relief to this mother's suffering," explain press notes.

Wings Artistic Director Jeffrey Corrick directs a cast that includes Krista Amigone, Dana Benningfield, Jason Alan Griffin, John Haggerty, Jeremiah Maestas, G. Alverez Reid, and Danny Wildman. Questa will have set design by Elisha Schaefer, costume design by Laura Kleeman and lighting design by Anthony Galaska.
