The two-time Tony Award® winning hilarious hit comedy 39 Steps celebrates Red Nose Day by donating $1 from every full-priced ticket purchased for a May performance with the Offer Code RED39 to the Red Nose Day charity and Comic Relief. 39 Steps opened to rave reviews on April 13, 2015 and is a New York Times and Time Out Magazine Critic's Pick. 39 Steps has been handing out FREE Red Nosies to everyone who attends the show at the Union Square Theatre as part of their "Something Funny is Happening in New York" campaign, resulting in hundreds of people posting #nosie selfies on social media. The long-running London production of 39 Steps celebrated the UK Red Nose Day on March 13 with special events of their own.

"Red nosies have been an essential part of the 39 Steps experience since we began performances, and we are thrilled to be adding our support to the recently announced American debut of Red Nose Day," said lead producer Douglas Denoff.

For over 30 years, Red Nose Day has been the UK's premier comedic live benefit. On Thursday, May 21, NBC will air a star-studded special that, for the first time, brings Red Nose Day to America, and 50 cents from the sale of every red nose purchased for $1 at Walgreens goes to Red Nose Day to fight poverty.

Since 1985, Comic Relief's mission has been to drive positive change through the power of entertainment. All money raised through their Red Nose Day and Sport Relief campaigns are used to tackle the root causes of poverty and social injustice around the world. Comic Relief Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

39 Steps features original Broadway cast member Arnie Burton reprising his role of Clown #2, Billy Carter as Clown #1, recent Juilliard grad Brittany Vicars as Pamela/Annabella/Margaret, and Broadway vet Robert Petkoff as the dashing hero Richard Hannay.
