Turn off the news and relax with a charming romantic comedy! FUSION tells the story of Alison, an accomplished chef, and Daniel, an aspiring screenwriter moonlighting as a movie critic. They've been dating about six months when Daniel drops a bombshell on her: he's been offered a dream job writing movies in Hollywood and must leave in one week! When she can't bring herself to move there with him, they go their separate ways. Three years later, he's back - hoping she'll change her mind. But his strategy of showing up drunk in the middle of the night, his newly won Oscar in tow - might not be the best.

Playwright Adam Parrish has been writing since high school, when he and two peers wrote and produced Inherit the Mockingbird (a satirical amalgamation of Inherit the Wind and To Kill a Mockingbird). He is a graduate Wesleyan University, where he studied playwriting under Irene Fornes, and interned at the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati. Some of his other plays include Wife Swap, Everything Ends, The Gospel According to Adam, and Zeus Theory. Adam is also a professional bridge player and has published several books and articles on bridge. He grew up in Cincinnati and currently lives in New York City.
