Casting has been announced for the upcoming Theatre Row premiere of The Pointe, a new work by Craig Donnelly. Kate London will take on the role of Madeline Davis, the legendary ballerina tasked with choreographing for a young dancers' summer intensive. Rounding out the cast are Blair Ely (Brooklyn Matthews), Fiona Huber (Raina Goldberg), Sabrina Karlin (Haley Edwards) and Yessenia Rivas (Jasmine Guerrero)

The new drama with dance is set for the three performances in the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival this August and is being directed by Paul Edwards, with choreography by the playwright.

Madeline Davis, a legendary principal ballerina, has agreed to choreograph a ballet for a summer intensive program for young dancers. Her reputation as an eccentric personality, has the girls that were cast in the piece, on edge. But as the choreography process unfolds, the girls learn that rumors about Madeline's life do not even begin to explain the life that she has lead. And while the girls learn from the mistakes of Madeline's past, Madeline herself faces her greatest fear of all... her immortality.
