Adventure Theatre MTC (ATMTC) and Producing Artistic Director Michael J. Bobbitt announce the NY Off-Broadway Premiere of Bob Marley's Three Little Birds at the New Victory Theatre tonight, February 7-23, 2014 after a local run at the recently completed Bowie State Fine and Performing Arts Center in January, 2014.

Three Little Birds premiered at Adventure Theatre MTC in March 2013 and is based on the book by Cedella Marley with music & lyrics by reggae legend Bob Marley, and enjoyed a well-received run earlier this season. Ticket information for the season is at available at NewVictory.org and at (646) 223-3010. Ticket information will be announced for the Bowie State Fine and Performing Arts Center later this year.

Three little birds sing their sweet songs to Ziggy, a very shy child who is happy to see the world from the television in his room. But with the help of his feathered friends and his naughty neighbor Nansi, Ziggy's reminded in soothing six-part harmony that "every little thing's gonna be all right." A jammin' musical with live accompaniment featuring the timeless music and lyrics of Bob Marley and based on the children's book by his daughter Cedella, Bob Marley's Three Little Birds shares the legendary reggae artist's message of peace and love with a new generation of songbirds.

Michael J. Bobbitt, Producing Artistic Director at Adventure Theatre MTC says of the show's success, "I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the New Victory Theatre, and we've been delighted with the show's ability to reach a warm and receptive audience who loves Bob Marley and loves memorable theatrical experiences. We cannot wait to experience it again, this time in New York."

Ticket information for the season is at available at NewVictory.org and at (646) 223-3010. Ticket information will be announced for the Bowie State Fine and Performing Arts Center later this year.
