Anika Larsen, Josh Young & More Set for Prospect Theater Company's 2016 Gala

Prospect Theater Company has announced the line-up for its 2016 annual gala, a "Skyline Celebration" at Manhattan Penthouse (80 Fifth Avenue at 14th Street, NYC). This special one-night-only event will be held on Monday, May 9 and features an 8pm cabaret performance by Broadway and Prospect stars. The evening's program will include songs and encore performances from past Prospect productions as well as sneak peeks from upcoming projects. Proceeds will benefit the company's ongoing mission to develop and produce new musical theater works by emerging artists.

The evening will be hosted by Matt Dengler (F. Scott Fitzgerald in Prospect's The Underclassman, Broadway's The Visit, A Little Night Music) and Jessica Grové (Ginevra King in Prospect's The Underclassman, Broadway's Les Miserables, Sunday in the Park with George). Artists currently scheduled to appear include:

Tony Award nominee Anika Larsen (Broadway's Beautiful and Prospect's Myths and Hymns), 2016 Drama Desk Award nominee, A.J. Shively (Bright Star and Prospect's Unlock'd), Tony Award nominee Josh Young (Broadway's Amazing Grace, Jesus Christ Superstar), Drama Desk Award nominee Josh Grisetti (Broadway's It Shoulda Been You, Off-Broadway's Enter Laughing), Jeff McCarthy (Broadway's Urinetown, Off-Broadway's hit Southern Comfort), Victoria Huston-Elem (Prospect's Golden Boy of the Blue Ridge, Off-Broadway's Himself and Nora), Dan Sharkey (Prospect's Illyria, Broadway's Bridges of Madison County), Teal Wicks (Broadway's Finding Neverland, Off-Broadway's The Blue Flower) and many more.
