Hendersonville Performing Arts Company announces auditions for Into the Woods

The Hendersonville Performing Arts Company announces auditions for Into the Woods on Monday, July 18th and Tuesday, July 19th at 6:30 p.m. at the theatre located in the City Square Shopping Center, 260 West Main St., Suite 204 in Hendersonville.

James Lapino and Stephen Sondheim take everyone’s favorite storybook characters and bring them together for a timeless yet relevant piece and rare modern classic. The Tony Award-Winning book and score are both enchanting and touching.

Please know that you do not need to come to both audition nights, just the one that is most convenient for you. You also do not need to arrive right at 6:30 as there will be a wait and we will be seeing people through 9:30 p.m. You will need to prepare a Broadway style song and may be asked to do some “cold interpretations” from the script. You will also need to bring your own accompaniment (CD, iPhone, etc.)
