Up and Coming Theatre is thrilled to be partnering with Elgin Summer Theatre again to present IN THE HEIGHTS!
In the Heights tells the universal story of a vibrant community in New York’s Washington Heights neighborhood. It’s a community on the brink of change, full of hopes, dreams, and pressures.
This show was created for, and we are seeking, a diverse cast and staff to represent a multicultural community. We are looking for all races, gender identities, and body types.
All roles and staff positions are available.
Actors 14 years of age and older are encouraged to audition. Auditions will be held the week of May 11 at the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin, IL. For more information, visit
