Rivertown Theaters to Welcome Victory Belles, Begins Today

Rivertown Theaters for the Performing Arts invites you to salute the USA this 4th of July and enjoy a trip down memory lane with The National WWII Museum's charming vocal trio, The Victory Belles, and their newest red, white and blue celebration that takes audiences on a nostalgic journey through World War II-era musical classics.

In the style of the entertaining USO Tours, the show features a potpourri of songs from the Great American Song Book written by Great American composers. This uplifting musical revue will have you beaming with pride and patriotism. Rivertown Theaters is proud to present this Salute to America for a fun filled Fourth of July celebration for three performances July 4, 5 and 6.

The National WWII Museum's Victory Belles travel the globe delighting audiences with their spirited performances which feature dazzling costumes, audience interaction, and musical hits such as Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree, and God Bless America, all sung in rich, three part harmony.

Created in 2009, the Victory Belles are keeping America's magical musical history alive with regular performances every Wednesday at the National WWII Museum's Stage Door Canteen, as well as across the country and overseas. Recent notable performances include USO Service Salutes in Guam, Tokyo, Okinawa, and Hawaii; and they have sung the National Anthem three times at the Saints NFL football games with the last one nationally televised on NBC. They also perform with many of the United States Military Bands. The Victory Belles are proud to serve as ambassadors of The National WWII Museum and are honored to salute our nation's veterans in song!"

Victory Belles Mandi, Hannah, and Cristina will be performing in the production on The Main Stage at Rivertown Theaters.

Individual ticket prices are $25 per person. Performances times are as follows:

Friday July 4 at 7:00 pm

Saturday July 5 at 7:00 pm

Sunday July 6 at 2:00 pm

Rivertown Theaters for the Performing Arts is located at 325 Minor St. in the heart of Kenner's historic Rivertown district. Plenty of free parking is available on the streets around the theater.
