TheatreZone and Florida Gulf Coast University present Cabaret, the Tony Award-winning musical by John Kander and Fred Ebb, at the FGCU TheatreLab in Fort Myers this October. Set in Berlin as the Jazz Age gives way to political upheaval, the story unfolds inside the Kit Kat Club, following American writer Cliff Bradshaw and cabaret performer Sally Bowles as the world around them begins to change. FGCU students will perform alongside professional Actors' Equity Association performers in this production directed by TheatreZone artistic director Mark Danni. The musical features songs including "Willkommen," "Maybe This Time," and "Cabaret."
