THE MERCY SEAT To Make New England Debut At The Players' Ring Fearon Productions will present The Mercy Seat by Neil LaBute at the Players' Ring Theatre, located at 105 Marcy Street, Portsmouth, NH.

Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 pm, except for Easter Sunday April 1, instead there will be a 3 p.m. matinee on March 31 in addition to the 8 pm performance.

The Mercy Seat is a play about relationships and how complicated they are, how human we all really are and how in the wake of a tragedy, such as 9/11, some may seek opportunity for what they believe will be a better life.

Directed by Constance Witman, The Mercy Seat features Morgan Gavaletz LaMontagne as Abby and E. Christopher Clarke as Ben.

Since 1992, the mission of The Players' Ring has been to promote the efforts of local artists through the production of original works, while providing an affordable theatre space to local production companies. "The Ring" provides an environment where artists can thrive, grow, take risks and make daring choices.
