Seacoast Rep to Present BY REQUEST, 10/25

By:

Want to hear a song? Seacoast Repertory Theatre will sing it. For one night only, starting at 8pm on Saturday October 25th, some of the best talent from the Seacoast and beyond will present musical selections -- any musical selections -- in By Request. Patrons are encouraged to make requests, preferably beforehand, and a talented group of the Seacoast Rep's finest will deliver them with a live band.

"It's a fun night," says Craig Faulkner, Artistic Director of the Seacoast Rep. "We've got some powerhouse talent at our fingertips, and they appreciate the opportunity to flex."

One familiar talent, actress and vocalist Christine Dulong, will be using the night as an opportunity to film an audition reel for The Voice, a vocal competition on NBC where contestants compete on the merits of their voice alone. Joining her will be Craig Faulkner, John Pirroni, Tommy O'Malley, Dennis Monroe, Jon Wilkins and more from the Rep company.

Patrons who plan to attend should send their requests to the Seacoast Rep Facebook page at www.facebook.com/seacoastrep. The live band will take the best suggestions and create a diverse night of music. All proceeds will benefit the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. Tickets are $20 for general admission can be purchased at www.seacoastrep.org.

Seacoast Repertory Theatre is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization, committed to contributing to the cultural wealth of the Seacoast community through the shared experience of live theatre, with productions that are inclusive and accessible and created to empower and inspire the imagination. By supporting The Rep, you help us keep ticket prices affordable, maintain quality shows, keep our outreach programs vibrant, and our doors open to helping out fellow non-profit organizations.
