New Animated Holiday Film Arrives In Jaffrey This Saturday Image

Say hello to Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer, a new holiday family film destined to be a classic for generations to come. It screens exclusively at The Park Theatre's River Street Theatre in downtown Jaffrey this Saturday, December 1st at 2pm and 6pm.

Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer is the story of a good-hearted miniature horse (voice of Josh Hutcherson of The Hunger Games) who dreams of pulling Santa's sleigh. He gets the chance to audition when a reindeer (Blitzen) retires, but troubles on his farm force him to choose between saving Christmas or helping his best friends. Jennifer Westcott wrote and directed this heart-felt animated film, which also features the voices of Samantha Bee, Martin Short, John Cleese, Morena Baccarin, and Jeff Dunham. The film is rated PG.

The first 20 children (12 and under) at each screening will receive free "Elliot Reindeer Antler Headbands." Tickets for this special River Street Theatre film presentation are $5.00 for children 12 and under. Ticket price for seniors, military, students, and teachers are $7.00. All others tickets are $8.00. Advance ticket purchases are encouraged due to the intimate nature of the RST theatre. The box office telephone number is (603) 532-8888 or go to RiverSt.org. Tickets can also be purchased at 7 days a week at OvationTix by calling 1-866-811-4111.

The River Street Theatre is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Jaffrey, New Hampshire at 6 River Street. The River Street Theatre is sponsored by Grove Street Fiduciary, Coca-Cola, the Board of Trustees of the Park Theatre, Janet S. Grant, Betty Locke, Owen Houghton and the James F. & Fernande Kelly Charitable Trust.
