The OPCM opens its 2026-2027 season with Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor and Brahms' A German Requiem, conducted by Francis Choinière. The Mendelssohn concerto is noted for its elegance, virtuosity and luminous melodies, while the Brahms Requiem offers a deeply human and comforting vision of life, death and hope. Featuring violinist Guillaume Villeneuve alongside soloists Aline Kutan (soprano) and Geoffroy Salvas (bass).
