WISTA to Present THE ADDAMS FAMILY 6/8-16

Three-time META Award nominee WISTA will present its tenth full book musical production, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, A New Musical Comedy. This production will run for 6 performances on June 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16 at 7:30 PM, as well as June 9 at 1:30 PM at Riverdale High School (5060 Boulevard des Sources, Pierrefonds, QC).

Secrets plague the Addams household as the clan prepares for the visit of Wednesday's new boyfriend and his sunny, all-American parents. Truths are revealed when the families sit down to dinner, and chaos ensues as the characters are forced to wrestle with trust, love, and what normalcy really means. ancestors who've risen from their crypt and audiences will be pulled in for a haunted evening they'll never forget!

WISTA introduces Montrealers to the Addams Family as they've never seen them before; with songs that are dreadfully catchy and dances that are "to die for", all with the familiar Addams flair for the dark. A cast of 26 young and talented performers deliver a show that will be dreadfully entertaining.

THE ADDAMS FAMILY reminds us that love is more powerful then social norms, family expectations and even death itself. The Addams have always held a special place in my heart, teaching me to love my crazy and embrace the darkness in us all; I hope this show does the same for our audiences," says Debora Friedmann, Director & Choreographer.
