Chicago, the legendary rock band known for such megahits as "Saturday in the Park," "25 or 6 to 4" and "If You Leave Me Now," performs these and more in An Evening of Hits at Hennepin Theatre Trust's State Theatre (805 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, 55403), one night only at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Hailed as one of the "most important bands in music since the dawn of the rock and roll era" by former President Bill Clinton, Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six decades. With more than 100 million records sold in the band's enduring 46-year career, Chicago truly stands alone. Tickets range from $68.50 to $130 depending on seating preference.

Ballroom With A Twist Showcases "Dancing With the Stars" Pros at the State Theatre February 15-16

The critically acclaimed international dance production, Ballroom With A Twist, whirls into Hennepin Theatre Trust's State Theatre (805 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, 55403) for two performances at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 and at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 16. Choreographed by ABC-TV's "Dancing With the Stars" Emmy-nominated Louis Van Amstel, the Minneapolis engagement features "Dancing With the Stars" popular pros including Tony Dovolani and other possible participants from "So You Think You Can Dance" and "American Idol." Additional dance celebrities will be announced at a later date. Tickets range from $43.50 to $53.50 depending on seating preference.

Award-winning comedian, author and filmmaker Mike Birbiglia lights up the stage in Thank God for Jokes at Hennepin Theatre Trust's Pantages Theatre (710 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, 55403) at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22. Join Birbiglia as he shares painfully awkward stories, jokes and how they can get you in trouble. He argues with a stranger about her nut allergy, hosts an awards show for angry celebrities and learns that Fozzie Bear is a tough act to follow. Tickets range from $32.50 to $42.50 depending on seating preference.
