Theatre in the Round Players to Stage Thriller DEATHTRAP
Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) continues its 65th season with Deathtrap, in weekend performances from February 17 through March 12.
Playwright Sidney Bruhl is struggling to overcome a dry spell and a string of failures when a student in his writing seminar turns in a script that he knows would be a surefire hit on Broadway. Prepared to do anything it takes to get that script, he invites the student to his home - and from that point on, the suspense mounts steadily, with twists and turns that build to the final, startling moments of the play.
Shanan Custer directs the cast of Tina Frederickson, Meri Golden, Vincent Hannam, Charles Numrich, and Todd O'Dowd. Sets and costumes are designed by John A. Woskoff, lighting by Bill Larsen, and sound by Eric Webster.
An audience discussion with members of the company will follow the matinee performance on Sunday, March 5th.
