Hennepin Theatre Trust, established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was created to assume responsibility for and guarantee the future of the State, Orpheum and Pantages Theatres which line Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. In 2005, the Trust executed a long term financing arrangement with the City of Minneapolis to transition ownership of these three theatres from the City to the Trust.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force, the live action stand up act based on the animated television series shown on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim will star the show creators Dave Willis and Dana Snyder. The live show will include character impressions and skits, clips from the TV series, musical performances from their latest album and a variety of audience participation games.

The French pop group Phoenix returns to Minneapolis! The band's 2006 release It's Never Been Like That was their mainstream breakthrough and last year's critically adored Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix earned the band a well-deserved Grammy award for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Phoenix are Christian Mazzalai, Laurent Brancowitz, Thomas Mars, Deck D'Arcy, a close-knit bunch of childhood friends who grew up in Versailles in the eclectic 80's. Tool/A Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan returns to the road this spring, bringing his latest incarnation, the shape-shifting Puscifer, to cities throughout North America in what promises to be an all encompassing evening of entertainment. The tour will include two innovative shows - each distinctly different at the Pantages Theatre in the Twin Cities on Friday & Saturday, April 2nd and April 3rd.

Part music, part theater, unconventional and progressive, the Las Vegas Review Journal recently described the Puscifer experience as "a performance art spectacle equal parts comedy cabaret show, guerilla theater, lysergic animation sequences, Krautrock-inspired metallic jams and leering lunacy of various stripes."
