The Dio Presents THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK MUSICAL

The Dio - Dining & Entertainment, Livingston County's professional, award winning dinner theatre, is excited to present The Great American Trailer Park Musical, directed by Steve DeBruyne with musical direction by BrIan Rose and choreography by Kristin Reeves.
There's a new tenant at Armadillo Acres - and she's wreaking havoc all over Florida's most exclusive trailer park. When Pippi, the stripper on the run, comes between the Dr. Phil-loving, agoraphobic Jeannie and her tollbooth collector husband, Norbert - the storms begin to brew. Throw in Duke, Pippi's murderous ex-boyfriend, and three trailer park matrons who know all of their neighbors' juiciest gossip, and you've got a cast of characters worthy of an episode of The Jerry Springer Show.
The Great American Trailer Park Musical features performances by Andrew Gorney, Alaina Kerr, Sonja Marquis, Tori Rogers, Carrie Sayer, Natalie Sevick and Mike Suchyta.
Performances take place at The Dio, 177 E. Main Street, Pinckney Michigan, 48169 from August 25 through October 8, 2017, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons. There will be one Thursday evening performance on August 24 and one Thursday matinee on October 5.
All tickets include dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. The menu for The Great American Trailer Park Musical includes Caesar salad, homemade breadsticks topped with melted butter and garlic, spring vegetables sautéed in Asian dressing served with steamed rice, Idaho potatoes mashed with cream and herbs, traditional style meatloaf mixed with onions and vegetables and topped with mushroom gravy and The Dio's signature boneless fried chicken, hand breaded and fried golden brown.
Tickets for all performances are available now and may be purchased by visiting diotheatre.com or by calling (517) 672-6009. Seating is limited. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
