Storyteller LaRon Williams to Appear at Performance Network Theatre 1/21

The Children's Theatre Network kicks off the New Year with a new show as storyteller LaRon Williams comes to town as part of the Saturday Series for Young Audiences on January 21 at 1pm. This all-ages show will be followed by a milk and cookies reception.

About LaRon: "LaRon Williams will combine music, theatre and storytelling to create a non-stop, laugh-out-loud, interactive show that will "WOW" parents and children alike. With hundreds of stories and songs to choose from, LaRon has something for every occasion, which means that each show is new and exciting -- and perfect for YOU."

Tickets are available online (www.performancenetwork.org), over the phone (734-663-0681) or in person at 120 E. Huron St., Ann Arbor.

Tickets are priced at $7 for children and $10 for adults. Year-long Family Memberships are also available for $95 and include perks such as free family entry into any Saturday Series performance, and discounts on children's acting classes and private performances.

Children's Theatre Network is a touring program dedicated to awakening the creativity, intellect and compassion of our youth through the power and fun of live performance. Performance Network presents each of the productions one Saturday a month on its Main Stage for local families.

Founded in 1981, Performance Network Theatre has grown from a fledgling company to Ann Arbor's only resident, professional theatre. The Network reaches 40,000 theatre patrons and children each year through the year-round Professional Series and the Children's Theatre Network. Performance Network also presents the Fireside Festival of New Works and a series of classes on theatre-related topics. The Network provides uncompromising artistic leadership in the region and produces works that engage, challenge and inspire audiences and artists.
