Natalie Cole, an influential singer-songwriter, pianistand actress has won multiple Grammy Awards. She achieved success in her earlycareer as an R&B star, but smoothly changed her repertoire toward a morejazz orientated musical style in the early 1990s. Her jazz collection spent five weeks at #1 and sold more than eight million copies in the U.S. Natalie also won a NAACPImage Award for Outstanding Jazz Artist for her album Still Unforgettable at the 40th NAACP Image Awards.
