Blaine Fowler is Detroit's morning DJ on 96.3 WDVD. By late afternoon or early evening, he's rocking hard with his band BFE (The Blaine Fowler Experience). Band members Matt and Ron will rock the stage with Blaine opening for Rick Springfield.Tickets ($49.00, $44.50 and $40.00) are on sale now at all Ticketmaster locations and Ticketmaster.com.
