Country Group Thompson Square to Perform in Dearborn This February
Thompson Square, one of the hottest groups in country music today, will perform a February 17 concert at Dearborn's Michael A. Guido Theater, beginning at 8 p.m.
The group, composed of the husband and wife duo Keifer and Shawna Thompson, burst on to the country music scene in 2010 with their chart-topping single, "Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not," which earnEd Thompson Square three American Country Awards.
The duo continued their success with such singles as "I Got You," "Glass," "If I Didn't Have You" and "Everything I Shouldn't Be Thinking About."
Thompson Square has won the Country Music Association's "Vocal Duo of the Year Award" and has twice been honored as the top vocal duo at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
Tickets, ranging in price from $25 to $35, are available at the theater box office, open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and at www.dearborntheater.com.
