Center Stage Jackson is now scheduling artistic director interviews for its 2016-2017 season. The main stage season will consist of two musicals and one dinner theater murder mystery:

Fiddler on the Roof (Book by Joseph Stein, Music by Jerry Bock, Lyrics by Sheldon Harnick). Fiddler is the award-winning story of the long-suffering Tevye, his wife, and their four daughters as they struggle to make a life in pre-revolutionary Russia. Six performances will be held November 4-6 and 11-13, 2016 at Jackson College's Potter Center.

And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. Back by popular demand, there will be nine dinner theater performances February 17-19, 24-26, and March 3-5, 2017 at the Sandhill Crane Vineyards. Based on the Agatha Christie masterpiece whodunit, And Then There Were None tells a classic tale of mayhem and murder that will have you on The Edge of your seat. The three additional performances will allow for roomier seating at each performance, and accommodate more patrons for this popular event.

Shrek the Musical (Music by Jeanine Tesori, Book and Lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, Based on the Dreamworks Animation Motion Picture and the book by William Steig). Shrek, everyone's favorite Ogre, yearns to be left alone but life has other plans for him. Six performances will be held June 9-11 and 16-18, 2017 at Jackson College's Potter Center.

Interested directors can contact Administrative Director Katie Meyers at katierosemeyers@gmail.com or (517) 539-4118 to schedule an interview.
