Rick Springfield Kicks Off Octoberfest with Fox Cities P.A.C. 9/22
Grammy® Award-winning singer/songwriter Rick Springfield will kick off the 30th Anniversary of Octoberfest on Thursday, September 22 at 8:00 p.m. with a performance at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. The concert is part of Springfield's "Venus in Overdrive" tour and marks the musician's first appearance at the Fox Cities P.A.C. in a career that spans more than 30 years.

Some of his most popular songs include "I've Done Everything for You," "Don't Talk to Strangers," "Human Touch," "Affair of the Heart" and "Love Somebody." Most recently, Rick Springfield released a collection of lullabies he wrote for his own sons when they were young called "My Precious Little One" in 2009 and "Venus in Overdrive," which debuted at #28 on the Billboard Chart in 2008. His autobiography "Late, Late At Night" was released in October 2010 and reached #13 on The New York Times Hardcover Bestseller List.
