Inspired by true events, BLACK ANGELS OVER TUSKEGEE is a narrative of six men embarking upon a journey to become the first Black aviators in the United States Army Air Corps during a tumultuous era of racial segregation & Jim Crow idealism in Twentieth Century American history. Their achievements paved the way for the full integration of the U.S. Military.

Originally produced by Layon Gray Enterprises & Edmund Gaynes, BLACK ANGELS OVER TUSKEGEE originally opened in Los Angeles in 2009, then transferred to New York City for what was to be a two-month engagement in 2010.
