Kenny Loggins Comes To The Van Wezel 1/18

By: Jan. 07, 2011

Kenny Loggins will perform music for the entire family at the VAN WEZEL PERFORMING ARTS HALL on Tuesday, January 18 at 8 p.m.

Two-time Grammy winner, Kenny Loggins has been one of music's most popular singer-songwriters for four decades. His many hits include songs he wrote and recorded as a solo artist and through collaborations like LOGGINS AND MESSINA, as well as songs he wrote for artists like Barbra Streisand. All Join In is Kenny Loggins' most recent release, as well as his first album of up-tempo music for the whole family-an altogether exciting addition to a body of work that already includes two groundbreaking and genre-defining albums. All Join In represents the latest chapter in a remarkable and enduring connection between the singer-songwriter, Winnie the Pooh and Disney.

LOGGINS in concert will have you singing along with many of your favorites including; "Footloose," "Celebrate Me Home," "Whenever I Call You Friend," "This Is It," and "Danger Zone," just to name a few. He will also be sure to play some of All Join In-- the latest musical statement in one of the most enduring careers in popular music.
Ticket prices range from $30 to $65. For more information and to buy tickets, contact the Van Wezel Box office at
(941) 953-3368 or log onto www.vanwezel.org. This show is sponsored by Argosy University Sarasota & Bright House Networks.
