David Zwirner is pleased to participate in this year's Art Basel Miami Beach, held at the Miami Beach Convention Center from December 2 to 5, 2010 (Booth J19). For this year's fair, the gallery will present a selection of works by its artists, including Minimalist works by Dan Flavin, Donald Judd, and John McCracken, in addition to works by Francis Alÿs, Stan Douglas, Suzan Frecon, Alice Neel, Neo Rauch, Jason Rhoades, Thomas Ruff, Al Taylor, Luc Tuymans, and Lisa Yuskavage.

On view by Dan Flavin will be a corner construction from 1976 in pink, green, and blue fluorescent light. Also featured will be Donald Judd's Untitled, 1985, a multi-colored wall-mounted work executed in painted aluminum; and works by John McCracken, including a leaning monochromatic red "plank" from 1987 and a black cube from 1971.

Also on display will be a selection of significant figurative paintings, among them a signature portrait by Alice Neel from 1981 which depicts Michael Langenstein, a friend and fellow artist; an important, large-scale work by Neo Rauch from 1998; a new painting by Lisa Yuskavage; a 2009 painting by Luc Tuymans; and a 1993 triptych by Francis Alÿs from his early Sign Painting Project. Following their critically acclaimed shows at the gallery earlier this year, David Zwirner will also present a two-paneled, abstract painting by Suzan Frecon inspired by Euclid's geometrical drawings and works on paper by Al Taylor. New photographic works by Stan Douglas and Thomas Ruff will also be exhibited, in addition to a free-standing metal shelf unit by Jason Rhoades, comprising neon and diverse assembled objects.
