Anything Goes at Portlande Players

Portland Players Theater is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of the sparkling and sophisticated musical comedy Anything Goes (2022 Version) by Cole Porter, opening Friday, September 12th at the historic Portland Players Theater in South Portland, Maine.

A classic Broadway favorite reimagined for a new generation, the 2022 revival of Anything Goes dazzles with fresh energy while retaining all the charm, wit, and toe-tapping tunes that have made it a staple of musical theatre. Audiences can expect unforgettable numbers such as “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “You’re the Top,” and the title showstopper “Anything Goes,” presented with updated arrangements, vibrant choreography, and a stellar local cast.

Directed and Choreographed by Glenn Davis with music direction by Rebecca Caron, this production promises a high-seas adventure filled with mistaken identities, romantic escapades, and hilarious antics aboard the S.S. American.
