Penobscot Theatre Company to Stage THE FULL MONTY This Summer
Tickets to Penobscot Theatre Company's bonus seventh show, The Full Monty, are now on sale to the general public. Current subscribers and subscribers to the company's upcoming 2017-2018 season may purchase Monty tickets at the specially discounted price of $33 each, $5 off the regular cost. The production will run from June 15 through July 9, and all performances will be at the historic Bangor Opera House in Downtown Bangor.
With a book by Tony Award-winning Terrance McNally and score by David Yazbek, The Full Monty is an Americanized musical adaptation of the hit 1997 British film of the same name. The story follows six unemployed steel workers who decide that taking it all off might be the most reliable way to earn the money and respect they have been missing. Ethan Paulini will direct and choreograph, and the full cast will be announced at a later date.
